Choc Coated Raw Salted Caramel Bliss Balls

These raw bliss balls are a delicious little treat on the go! They taste great and are very satisfying. This is a recipe that everyone will be asking you for!

1 cup medjool dates
1 cup cashews
40 grams dark chocolate (we used ½ a block of Alter Eco organic dark chocolate - 85% cocoa)
2 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of pink Himalayan salt + more for topping (optional)
1 tbs of water (or more depending on consistency)

Process the dates, cashews, vanilla extract, salt and water in a food processor until combined, add an extra tbs of water if needed to allow mixture to be rolled into balls.
Roll into balls and place onto a clean plate or baking tray/container. Place in freezer.
Melt the dark chocolate using bain-marie technique.
Roll each ball in the chocolate sauce to cover and place back on the baking sheet.
Once all balls are coated, place back in the freezer for 30 minutes to set.
Store the bliss balls in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!!
