Ingredients

  • cup rolled oats
  • tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp clove
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 scoop Lean Up Protein Powder Vanilla Coconut
  • Tbsp maple syrup
  • cup unsweetened almond milk
