Not only are these naughty and totally scrumptious, they’re raw, vegan and made with good for you ingredients. What more could you want?

Ingredients

Base

1½ cups oatmeal
½ cup. almond meal
¼ cup. maple syrup
2 tbsp. water
½ cup. roasted peanuts

Chocolate

¼ cup. raw cacao powder
¼ cup melted cacao butter
2 tbsp. rice syrup

Caramel

¼ cup. peanut butter
4-5 tbsp. coconut oil
2 tbsp. rice syrup

Handful of crushed peanuts

Instructions

Base

Place the oatmeal into a food processor and process until a smooth flour forms

Add in the almond meal, maple syrup and water. Process until a dough like consistency forms

Add in the roasted peanuts and pulse several times

Press the dough into the doughnut pan evenly

Place in the fridge to harden for approx. 30 minutes

Chocolate

Mix all of the ingredients together until you have smooth melted chocolate

Dip the top of doughnuts into the chocolate and place on to a lined baking tray

Place in the fridge to harden

Caramel

Mix all of the ingredients together until you have a thick caramel sauce.

Drizzle the sauce over the doughnuts and sprinkle crushed peanuts over the top (optional)

Return to the fridge to harden

Store in the fridge for up to a week or store in the freezer for a month.
