We saw these gorgeous healthy no blend mini caramel slices on @jodiskitchen's instagram page and had to share! So quick to whip up and is a perfect little treat on the go!

Base:
5 tbs LSA
1 tbs rolled oats
Pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt
1 tbs Coconut Oil
1/2 tsp Rice Malt Syrup
Mix wet then add in dry, divide and press mixture amongst bases (small chocolate moulds will make about 25)

Caramel:
2 tbs Tahini
3 tbs Rice Malt Syrup
1 tbs Coconut Oil, melted

Whisk until smooth, pour over bases
Chocolate:
Either make your own (mix equal parts raw cacao powder and coconut oil and add sweetener to taste) or melt some vegan/raw/dark chocolate and pour over caramel, pop into the freezer to set.
