We love summer dessert recipes that are healthy, taste delicious and above all, EASY to make!

This Strawberry Coconut Chia Seed Protein Popsicles Recipe is a PERFECT treat for summer!

Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup coconut milk
2 scoops of Protein Powder
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1½ cups diced strawberries (can use any other type of berry)
¼ cup shredded coconut
2 tablespoons raw honey or maple syrup (more or less depending on taste)


Instructions:
Combined all the ingredients in a large container.
Stir until the chia seeds are evenly spread throughout mixture.
Refrigerate 4 hours, or until the chia seeds begin to expand.
Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
