How do I access my account?

To access your account, just click the "Account" button on the top-right-hand-side of the page and log in! Or you can click the link below:

I've tried logging into my account, but the system doesn't recognise my email? 

It sounds like you need to create an account! If you would like us to double check, please send us an email - otherwise you can click the link below to create an account! 

How do I delete my account? 

If you'd like to delete your account, please send us an email and we can do this for you!
Please know if you have already placed an order with us using the email address linked to your account, we are unable to delete the account history, however we can unsubscribe you and remove you from our mailing lists!

How to I reset my account password?

To change your password, simply go to the account log in section and click "forgot password" 
Otherwise you can email us and we can send you a password reset email!

How do I change the email address linked to my account? 

Please send us an email with both the old and new email address and we can change it for you! 

How do I create an account?

I've placed an order before, do I still need to create an account? 

Yes! Although we keep a record of your order and all your points earned have been saved and accumulated, you still need to create an account so you can access them!

How do I access my points? 

To access your points/rewards program you just need to log into your account on our website and once you have logged in, locate the "Rewards" link under "Useful link" at the bottom of the webpage! 
Once you're in your rewards section, to redeem points simply select "Redeem Now" on the welcome page and you can the select how many points you would like to use to redeem a voucher! 

Why can't I apply my rewards voucher to my order?

If another discount/promotion has been applied to your order, you won't be able to apply your rewards voucher as only one discount/promotion can be claimed per transaction! 
Don't worry, your voucher won't expire so it can be used on your next order!

I redeemed points for a voucher but I've lost/forgotten the code!

That's okay! Just send us an email and we can send you the code again!

How can I earn points?

You can earn points by: 
- making a purchase 

- creating an account

- celebrating a birthday

- leaving a review

- like us on Facebook

- follow us on Instagram

- uploading a photo of your product(s)
