Can I exchange a product I received for another? 

If the product is unopened and in re-sellable condition you can absolutely send it back to us for another product! 
Just send us an email with your order number and we can start the process!

Can I exchange an opened product?

Due to health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept the return of opened products.

Can I return an unopened product?

You sure can! Please email us your order number and some information as to why you would like to return the item and we can start the process!

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

Once we have received your products at our HQ, it can take up to 2 business days for the refund to be issued
Once the refund had been issued you will receive notification via email and from then depending on what bank you are with it can take up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account
The refund can only be issued to the original payment method, if this has since expired or you no longer have access, please contact your financial institution
