How do I claim an offer?
Each offer/promotion needs to be claimed in a different way and with a different code! Please visit our Offer's Page (linked below) and select the offer relevant to you to know how to claim the promotion
Double check you've followed all instructions and that you have already claimed another promotion/discount and that don't have any subscription items in your cart (additional promotions/discounts can't be applied to the same order) and if you're still having trouble contact us and we can help!
Please reach out to us BEFORE you place your order to ensure we can help before your order is shipped as we use a 24/7 warehouse that dispatches orders around the clock to ensure we dispatch your order as quickly as possible and once an order has been shipped we are unable to make any changes!
How do I apply a discount to my order?
There will be a box in your cart summary or payment section, just pop your discount in there!
Why can't I apply a discount to my order?
Double check you've added the correct items to your cart and there's no typos in the code!
If you have already received another discount or have an item in your cart on your subscription
Do discount codes expire?
Discount codes received from redeeming rewards points don't expire, however codes associated with sales do - please refer to the sale information to know when the sale ends
Please Note: Discount codes only have one use per customer, so if you have used the code before you won't be able to apply it to any future orders
I've redeemed my points for a voucher but don't have the code!
That's okay! Just reach out to us with your account information and we can locate the code for you!
