CINNAMON CRUNCH PROTEIN CEREAL

Avoid the usual sugary cereal from the supermarket and instead enjoy this healthy yet delicious protein cereal! Excellent option for adding more protein into your diet!

INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup of coconut flour
1/3 cup of gluten free plain flour
2 scoops (40g) of Cinnamon Roll protein
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup of coconut oil
1 flax egg (1 tbs flax + 3 tbs water) OR 1 chia egg (1 Tbsp chia seeds + 2.5 Tbsp water)
2-4tbs plant milk

METHOD

Preheat your oven to 350F or 175C.

Make your flax or chia egg first by combining the seeds/flax meal with water and letting it sit for 5 minutes.

Combine the rest of your ingredients with the egg, drizzling in enough milk to make a firm dough.

Roll out on a floured tray and use a pizza cutter or knife to cut into small squares.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crunchy. The squares should easily break off from each other and you have a delicious cinnamon crunch cereal! They will continue to crisp the longer they cool.
