1 can full-fat coconut milk, refrigerated overnight
2-3 tablespoons cacao powder, sifted
2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
2 tablespoons chopped nuts of choice (optional)
1 tablespoon Protein Powder
Place the can of coconut milk in the coldest part of your fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours.
Open the can and scrape off the solid white layer on top and spoon into a mixing bowl. Add the cocoa, sweetener and protein to the bowl. Using a hand mixer, mix on high until the coconut milk is light and fluffy. Top with chopped nuts. Enjoy!
Leftovers store very well in the fridge for up to 3 days.
