This Protein Mocha Nicecream is very easy to make and tastes delicious! Perfect for a healthy yet satisfying weekend breakfast!

Ingredients:

650g frozen bananas

1 espresso shot or 1 teaspoon instant coffee in 30mls boiling water

1 scoop Protein Powder

1 tbsp carob powder

Topping:  This nicecream is topped with blueberries, banana, chia, puffed buckwheat, mulberries and rose petals, however you can get creative and top with any of your healthy favourites!

Directions:

  • Blend the frozen bananas, espresso shot or coffee liquid, protein powder and carob powder in a blender until smooth
  • Transfer to a bowl and top with blueberries, banana, chia, puffed buckwheat, mulberries and rose petals (or whatever toppings you like!)
