No body likes being bloated. If you are anything like me, you will avoid wearing tight clothes whenever you have a big meal so you don't have to try and justify why you have a "bigger" belly.

So here are some great ways to burn belly fat and stop bloating in its tracks!

1. Foods To Eat

Include Almonds, Apples, Avocados, Bananas, Melons, Carrots, Celery, Citrus, Garlic and Cranberries



2. Drink

Apple Cider Vinegar, Lemon Water, Slim It, Coffee (Black Only) and/or Herbal Teas including Green, Peppermint, Ginger and Dandelion.



3. Yoga Poses
