Nobody likes being bloated. If you are anything like me, you will avoid wearing tight clothes whenever you have a big meal so you don't have to try and justify why you have a "bigger" belly.

Bloating can be caused by excess gas production and disturbances in the movement of the muscle of the digestive system. Bloating can make you get a swollen belly after eating, cause pain and/or discomfort, plus make your belly look bigger than it actually is. When bloating occurs, it is understandable that we want it to go away quickly to avoid embarrassment and that "stuffed" feeling.

If you are suffering from constant bloating it can sometimes be linked with an underlying personal intolerance/issue. Be sure to check in with a medical practitioner if you are at all concerned. 

Here are some great ways to burn belly fat and stop bloating in its tracks! Try making these easy changes to see if they help you reduce bloating quickly:

1. Foods To Eat

The following foods are known to help reduce bloating: Almonds, Apples, Avocados, Bananas, Melons, Carrots, Celery, Citrus, Garlic and Cranberries

2. Drink

Apple Cider Vinegar, Lemon Water, Slim It, Coffee (Black Only) and/or Herbal Teas including Green, Peppermint, Ginger and Dandelion.

3. Yoga Poses
