Protein Banana Bread Bliss Balls

This delicious banana bread bliss ball recipe has a soft chewy texture with a slight crunch from the added crushed walnuts! Very easy to make and is a great option for a pre/post workout snack!

If you are a lover of banana bread, there’s a high chance you’ll love these protein banana bread bliss balls. They taste just like your favourite coffee shop treat, but in the form of cute, portable bliss balls.

No need to turn the oven on for these bliss balls, all you need is a food processor. They’re loaded with wholesome nutritious ingredients like banana (obvi), dates, shredded coconut, and walnuts. No grains, dairy or refined sugar.

Ingredients

2 cups raw almonds
2 scoops Lean Up Protein Powder - Cinnamon Roll
1 ripe banana sliced
1/2 tsp cinnamon
10-12 pitted medjool dates
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1 cup shredded coconut for rolling (optional)

Instructions

In the food processor, grind the almonds into a fine consistency.

Next add the banana, almond milk, cinnamon, Lean Up - Cinnamon Roll and the dates and pulse until a dough starts to form. You may have to stop every couple of pulses to scrape down the sides to ensure that everything gets well combined. Stir in chopped walnuts (optional)

Roll dough into little balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Place in the fridge to set.
