Mocha Protein Balls

These Mocha Protein Balls are the perfect on-the-go snack to satisfy your choc cravings! Made using only 4 ingredients, you can whip them up in no time! They are vegan, gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free too!
Recipe:
1 cup pitted dates
2 scoops of Lean Up Chocolate Cake
1 cup almond meal
1/3 cup brewed Slimming Espresso
(1 level teaspoon in 1/3 cup hot water)
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and mix into a thick dough you can press together between your fingers.
- If mixture is too dry, add some water 1Tbsp at a time. If mixture is too wet, add some more protein powder 1 scoop at a time.
- Use your hands to roll the dough into about 10 balls
Optional: Roll the balls in cocoa powder.
