How do you like to have your muesli? Delicious and nourishing, a bowl of this chai-tea infused muesli bowl is convivial and comforting - scented with the wonderful flavors of cinnamon, ginger and cardamom. You can make your own chai spice mix but we just used a chai tea bag for convenience. Topped with some green grapes and frozen raspberries 

3/4 cup Muesli
1 batch Chai-infused protein milk (recipe below)
1 medium banana, sliced
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Coconut oil for the pan 

Chai-infused protein milk:
Brew 1 Chai teabag in 1 cup of boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove teabag and add in 1/3 cup almond milk. Warm in a saucepan if needed. Stir in 1 serve of Lean Up Cinnamon Roll Protein Powder 

1. Prepare the Chai-infused protein milk
2. Heat coconut oil in a pan and fry banana slices until golden brown
3. Place muesli in a bowl and pour in the Chai-infused protein milk. Top with Caramelised banana and fruits of choice. Mix everything together to reach a creamy consistency and serve warm.
