How do you like to have your muesli? This is a delicious, nourishing and homemade alternative. A bowl of this chai-tea infused muesli bowl is convivial and comforting - scented with the wonderful flavors of cinnamon, ginger and cardamom. Also, it is a healthy option rich in proteins. All together in one single bite! You can make your own chai spice mix as well, but we just used a chai tea bag for convenience. Topped with some green grapes and frozen raspberries, or any other fruits of your choice. Ready to make some?
3/4 CUP MUESLIÂ
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup Muesli
1 batch Chai-infused protein milk (find the recipe below)
1 medium banana, sliced
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Coconut oil for the panÂ
Chai-infused protein milk:
Brew 1 Chai teabag in 1 cup of boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove teabag and add in 1/3 cup almond milk. Warm in a saucepan if needed. Stir in 1 serve of Lean Up Cinnamon Roll Protein PowderÂ
INSTRUCTIONS:
First of all, prepare the Chai-infused protein milk. After it is done, heat coconut oil in a pan and fry banana slices until they get a golden brown look. Place muesli in a bowl and pour in the Chai-infused protein milk. Top with Caramelised banana and fruits of your choice. Finally, mix everything together until it reaches a creamy consistency. We recommend you to serve it warm, ready to enjoy!
